Nuwan has gained wide knowledge and experience in various technology platforms including Conducting, innovating & designing technical based trainings & Managing all staff of approximately 1500 of all levels for Tech knowledge, whilst engaging in Self-care, plus online store platform design & Innovation initiatives for all business Channels of the Group.


Nuwan is currently an independent trainer, educator and coach. He has taken on lecturer, mentor, trainer and learning facilitator roles that focus on soft skills plus product/services and customer sales, customer experience development trainings & expertise with implementing & maintaining Various VOIP based technologies plus CRM Systems.His most recent corporate roles were at Dialog Axiata PLC (Corporate Trainer) and Florence Appeal Tech Pvt Ltd (Director / General Manager). As a corporate Trainer, Nuwan had developed and executed numerous trainings for local and regional markets, either in-house or with agency partners.

Nuwan holds MBA a Cardiff Metropolitan UK and also holds a Professional Graduate Diploma of British Computer Society (BCS). Nuwan is a certified trainer with the Advanced Diploma in Teaching, Training & Assessing from City & Guilds, UK & Higher National Diploma in Training & Development by Sri Lanka institute of training and development.
